Renewal Gynecology is a specialized, appointment-based practice. We reserve dedicated time for each patient to ensure thoughtful, unrushed care.
Deposits and Payments
Certain consultations and procedure require a deposit or prepayment to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service

Remaining balances are due at the time of your visit unless otherwise arranged
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical services and reserved appointment time:

Consultation fees are non-refundable

Procedure deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment

Services already rendered are not eligible for refund
If a procedure has not yet been performed, and sufficient notice is provided, deposits may be applied to a future appointment at our discretion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made with adequate notice may have deposits transferred to a future appointment

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit
